Not sure why the bad reviews. Michelle and her husband are excellent! Everytime I go I have to bring my daughter and they help me and make me feel at home. Also, my nails always come out how I want. They are the best!
Wouldn't recommend this place. I just need my acrylic nails removed, and I got there when they opened was told to come back in 15 minutes. When I returned 15 minutes later I had to wait another 35 minutes to get my nails removed. Meanwhile I was the only customer the whole time. There was a gentleman there that sat on his phone the whole time with his feet propped up. It took an hour and some change to get my nails off, while she sat on a video call the whole time. Most painful pedicure i’ve ever had. Nail drilled all of my “cuticles” off, left with cuts and pain. There’s also no direction, just supposed to read their mind on what they want you to do!
Super nice and attentive staff! Kindest and best nail place I’ve been to in the area. They respect your appointment times and my nails always last! I usually get a gel mani and pedi but when I’m feeling adventurous I get a full set of acrylics and whatever I get, my nails always come out great! I usually take my toddler with me to get her nails done and they do a great job as well.
