The Davey Tree Expert team were all approachable, informed, and did a great job trimming our tree so it no longer interfered with power lines or our garage. A shout out to Kevin, and Thomas and Jake who all provided clear communication and quality work.
Davey Tree Expert Co of Canada, hired by Fortis to trim our trees under the power lines and absolutely butchered the trees and left a mess for us to clean up. Certainly no skills utilized. Called their office to speak to a supervisor, left a message and no return call. Tried to have a conversation with the crew supervisor still working in the area, and he showed no interested in a conversation. If you are looking for tree cutting / pruning services I would highly recommend you don't use Davey Trees.
I recently often think that I do not exist. I get feedback that leads me to believe that I am in a bubble, and not part of the public. Either that or my experience has been an stunning example of Very poor customer service. Over the last 3 years I have called Davey for a few jobs, and for requests involving chips. Called for a "free consultation" was told its $250/h for quote for my area because I'm not in Edmonton. I'm in Leduc county. I'm closer than Edmonton to their office...
this company did a great job, how ever keeping in touch with bill info threw email`s was not so good, sent e-mails looking for billing info and no reply, it finely came in the mail, would have been nice for them to have answered my concerns. I just wanted to pay the bill.
