Today they were to come and I received a message to reschedule. He had to go in the field?? Why make an appointment?? This same thing happened 4 years ago. Oh well lots of other companies in London to service trees. Very disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The service was absolutely Awesome starting with my first conversation with Amanda in the office. Jacob provided a detailed proposal and once I accepted, he provided a clear timeline for work to be completed. The crew of Katie, Mark and Dylan arrived promptly on the scheduled morning. Katie clearly explained the trimming plan and the work was completed expertly and carefully on the tree located close to my house. Very professional and friendly crew! They explained the process as to why certain branches were pruned and why some were left. They cleaned up diligently after finishing the tree pruning!
Competent, knowlegeable, pleasent and trustworthy. The shrubs and hedges surrounding our farm home had become overgrown and too large for me to prune myself.. so we needed professional help!
