We were not informed prior to day that John and Jacob showed up so we were a little surprised. It was a good thing we were home! John and Jacob were apologetic and understood our surprise. Both were extremely helpful getting things ready to do the work for us. John was amazing using his rope climbing skills. The tree looks great and the clean up was exceptional. Great job.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Davey Tree, and particularly with Kyle, who went so far above and beyond that I felt he deserved to be recognized specifically. We have called on Davey Tree, Orillia, several times over the years to cut down a tree, grind out a stump, and trim branches and shrubs. An action plan is prepared for every work order; safety is checked before each step is taken and practiced throughout each action.
