Absolutely terrible. I left a 1 star rating a few years back and it somehow got removed. He basically conned me into buying a new replacement hot water tank telling me it was only about $75 more than a used one. He didnt tell me about the extra $700 for installation and modifications for the new one. Then when I got there the work was terrible, actually caught on fire when I tested in with him and tried to play it off. I had to rebuild my interior, the step up was broken and not fixed.
