I stupidly had my BBQ too close to my siding and melted a strip and when I called Davex and spoke with Amanda she not only tracked down a piece to replace the damaged one, she dug it out of storage, cut it for me and wouldn’t take a dime for it! She absolutely went above and beyond and her customer service was outstanding. Future repeat customer gained today and will tell everyone about the incredible service I received. Amanda you’re amazing!
I was referred to DaveX through my insurance company to have my siding and roof repaired from hail damage. We had a pretty major miscommunication in the beginning (no business is immune to these things), but the effort they put into making things right for me is a testament to their business practices. Absolutely never use this company! After going through our first contractor to fix our metal roof after hail damage we were instructed by our insurance adjustor that the only other option through their restoration company Belfor, was Davex. They gave us the impression that they could fix the deficiency's left by the first contractor only to have them leave us with an even bigger mess. We recently had DaveX Construction help us with an insurance hail claim that we had. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful. They took the time to explain the process, the quote, the materials and any other questions that I had thrown at them. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future!
