Great place to go for insurance etc. Very informative. Ask for mike cowan
Davevic's system is one of the worst I have every used. My employer switched to them two years ago and it has been nothing but frustration ever since. They demand a receipt for every transaction. Their system has no ability to learn and no communication with hospital, pharmacy, or provider systems. Which means that you have to upload a receipt for every transaction, even if it is a recurring one that you make every month. I wish a person would call or email to communicate my FSA Dependent claim was denied vs. me patiently waiting for them to send a check via USPS.
