Davic Benefit Consultants is the absolute worst and most unprofessional group I’ve ever dealt with. Do not opt to use them if this is a provider your employer chooses to go with. Their system is outdated and a hassle to use, the FSA account is a joke and flags everything you use your card on. Every time you need a prescription your flagged anytime you go to the doctor your flagged and then get emails threatening the freezing of your card if you don’t provide detailed documentation of what you used your card for. Davevic's system is one of the worst I have every used. My employer switched to them two years ago and it has been nothing but frustration ever since. They demand a receipt for every transaction. Their system has no ability to learn and no communication with hospital, pharmacy, or provider systems. Which means that you have to upload a receipt for every transaction, even if it is a recurring one that you make every month.
