I give Dave a 2 star rating merely because the window is now fixed. However, I was initially put in contact with him on 9/18/2014. He came out and diagnosed the problem with the window and stated it would be 2 weeks for the parts to come in. Ok, fine. 4 weeks go buy and I have not heard from him. I call and he says that he got the parts, but forgot where they went so he just left it, but now he had my name so leave a message at the "office" (his house) and he'll check his schedule and call me back.
