I would recommend Dave to anyone in Wise County, My hot tub quit working one day last year and living in Wise county it was hard finding someone to come out and take a look at it and let me know what the problem was. Called Dave and he came out and found the problem, it was a wire that wasn’t fastened correctly when I first got the hot tub. This turned out to be a shack in the country near a run down trailer that had junk everywhere. I used Google maps to get there and eventually I spoke to someone who said the person who could help me would get out of rehab a couple days later. I've never felt so unsafe while shopping for pool supplies.
Dave was able to replace my spa wet ends in a timely manner and well priced! Would call again for service in Haslet!
Dave helped me get spa up and running. Used them a couple years for cleaning service. Weekly cleaning service with Sarah is a constant issue. Not cleaning filters, or showing up consistently. I Recommended them to a nieghbor for their tub repair and they paid them and didn’t complete job. Took them months to get money back. I do not recommend.
Dave is great, diagnosed hit tub problem got the parts quick. Very polite and efficient.
