I am so disgusted with this company. They had to tow my car (i had no choice) when i wrecked. They ignored my insurance company and it’s been A WEEK since the incident. They wanted my bill to rack up. They would ignore them and I’d call and they would immediately answer. The same guy each time, to then he acted clueless when i got them on a 3 way call together. I will be making a huge complaint due to this. If you run a business, do better and don’t be a jerk to people who are just trying to survive in this world.
I busted my trailer door hinges backing into a tight dock. It was Friday afternoon so I was panicking if anyone would be able to get me back on road or would I have to spend the weekend looking for parts. Called Dave’s and they said, bring it in. Hinges, qty 4, replaced by Dominic and team and trailer door rehung. Cost was reasonable as well. Thanks Dominic and team!
They are thugs. I had air dryers line leaking and made a service call today. Guy charged me $1270 and same line broke down 20 miles after and i’m on side of the road again. He didn’t fixed it and just clamped the line so it worked for 20 minutes. He collected his cash and now getting no response from him.
If I could give this zero stars I would. They were thieves They wanted $450 to tow it 5 miles we refused they backed up against my car so we couldn’t leave and demanded 175 coming out to get us. Didn’t touch my car or anything NOTHING. called m&t towing and said they were beyond helpful and reasonable. Complete and utter nonsense
On June 5, 2025 my driver called Dave's for a hydraulic repair. Took the mechanic 3 hours and charged us $678.40. 175 miles later, the same line blew and had to call another company and it cost another 804.45 because it was the weekend. These companies take advantage of big and small trucking companies.
