Had vehicle 6 days for minor work that should have taken 1 to 2 hours.Took it in Fri, sd I cld p/u Sat. Won't answer phone or return calls..can't leave message, mailbox is full...No answer Mon. shop was closed Tues during normal business hours for whatever reason..Wed..no response. We needed our vehicle 6 days ago and still can't reach him! Ridiculous!
