Terrible experience, called for ride said be 20 mins. I called at 30 mins since no show and straight to voicemail which is full. After 50 mins and several call back attempts, still no show. My Appointment was canceled with no further availability for the day due to the negligence, at least call me back and tell me your not coming, i could have called another ride and made it to my appoinment. Not sure what's happening, been using dude for quite awhile & then call to request a ride, says he be here in 15 mins, never shows, text him.. nothing. Communication is everything. And it's quite rude to leave people who depended on you to get them to work WAITING.

Called to schedule a cab and he hung up on me. When I went to call back he blocked my number. Literally called and said hello. Extremely unprofessional. Even if I was stuttering; still unprofessional and rude. Do better.

Called for a taxi and was told they’d be there in 15-20 minutes only for them to not show up and not answer when I called back. Terrible customer service.
