Dave is really a great tax guy. But I have an LLC and have to pay 800.00 every year. I have had an LLC for 5 years. But for some reason my LLC is not active. The only reason for that is that it wasn't paid. I've been trying to reach him for 2 months, and have been unsuccessful. I entrusted him to take care of my LLC. I just don't know what to do. Totally unprofessional. Nice guy. But that's just not enough.
