I am 60 yrs old and have always done simple repairs and maintenance, but the newer engines and equipment are more technical. For me, most of the times I order the wrong part or don't have the right tool for the job. Dave's is friendly and fast. Usually same day service. They call back quickly and describe what need to be repaired. They charge about half of what you expect to pay. They have repaired my chain saw, riding mower and push mower. I took my lawnmower here because the pull cord wasn't working right. They called me and told me the flywheel was broken and how much it would cost. I didn't see anything broken when I had the covers off but I thought maybe it was something I couldn't see on it. When I went to pick it up they showed me the broken flywheel. One of the "prongs" was busted off and I know it wasn't like that when I dropped it off. I am guessing they broke it when they were removing the flywheel.
