I called Dave's because my AC quit. From the first call to the tech leaving my house, I was very impressed. Gabe checked out my unit and discovered my dogs had chewed through a wire. NO pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn't need, just a quick, simple inexpensive fix! Thank you Dave's for your awesome service!!

In the past year plus, they have improved their service people's competence and we are, again, impressed and pleased with the always-prompt, now competent, service we get from them. Always, too, the service people we deal with are very friendly, agreeable people who (now!) show their competence in this field. The fact that they are always willing to improve their service, even without our request, is admirable. We remain Happy Campers with our relationship with them!

I had them come out to my home because my air conditioning wasn't working. The technician was able to get out the very same day even though I had called around and was told by other companies I would have to wait a week before someone could come out. Prompt service paired with a friendly technician = I will be using them again!

Our equipment died on a Saturday and they were the only local company able to respond prior to Monday. Within two hours, they arrived. Their knowledge was impressive and we did not feel at any time they attempted to sell us new equipment. Instead, they provided the options available which did end up being very reasonable. Their follow up was likewise very impressive and we highly recommend them for their quick response and professional approach. Thank you for saving the day!

I called yesterday about a piece of paper stuck in our dryer vent. They scheduled the appointment to the next day, which was greatly appreciated! The guys were friendly and patient when they told me the final cost to get the paper out. They finished the job very quickly.
