I got an appointment with Dave. I brought my Rv -a 2014 NEWMAR Dutshstar so they can adjust my slides. They said they are the best meanwhile the have one guy working , jumping from one motor home to another, sweaty complaining about everything, and that is Dave such a pampas guy. I bring the Rv back home and I discover nothing got fixed. So I call them the next day and they apologize and they asked to bring it back. First of all, I don't work at Dave's RV Center and I am not related to them. I am just a VERY satisfied customer. I purchased a pre owned Class A. From the minute I walked in the office to the time of delivery, everything was perfect. Dave Jr was so helpful at answering all my questions, even the silly ones as this RV was new to us. Well? I bought a used Newmar Dutch star motorhome and immediately burned out some circulator pumps from a low-voltage situation on my oasis hydronic heat system. Old pumps. I guess they were very sensitive to low-voltage. I am going out of town in the RV very soon and called Dave’s for some help. He could not drop what he was doing fast enough to help me out! If you own a Newmar in New England and you don’t know these guys? You need to. Bravo! Thank you, Dave.
Dave Jr. saved the day! My brand new business vehicle lost electricity from the generator to the interior, so I was in a pinch. While I may not be Dave's typical RV customer, he made me feel a priority and got me in right away. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, so I could get my business back up and running.
