Truly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced on the road! We pulled into Dave’s RV Center for a Harvest Hosts stay and I began troubleshooting an issue with our Newmar London Air's entrance keypad that had started earlier in the day. While I was still tinkering with it, Dave Jr. himself came out, asked what the problem was, and without hesitation rolled up his sleeves to help. We were in Maine when we discovered a water leak under the shower in our 44’ Newmar Ventana. No service center in Maine or surrounding areas had availability for our coach, and three different mobile techs were unsuccessful at finding the leak.
