Dave's RV Center is a great asset to Newmar Corporation. Dave Simso, Jr. is the main reason I have been a customer for many years and expect to be one for many more. Dave's knowledge, accessibility and customer service are an A+.
I was very disappointed with their “no returns” policy. While I truly appreciate their knowledge and willingness to help, I was shocked to find out I couldn’t return an item that was bought on a chance that it might not fit. The staff was very friendly, professional and courteous, but told me that he couldn’t accept returns since his boss would deduct it from his paycheck. We would like to thank Dave Jr. for resolving our recent issues with our Newmar Mountain Aire. On multiple occasions Dave Jr. has effectively troubleshot and resolved technical problems other dealers were unsuccessful in their attempts to identify and properly repair. On our recent visit to Daves Rv for service once the issues were identified Dave Jr. provided cost estimates which were accurate and reflected in the final bill. They will rip you off.. a $2,000 break job cost us nearly $5,000! Be warned!

These folks were broken down with a no brakes issue. I explained to them our emergency service procedure including rate over the phone and they had the unit towed into us. While filling out the work order, our emergency repairs procedure was explained line by line, what the customers expectations could be and had them sign it before work began.
