I can't recommend Dave's Repair in Brooksville, Florida highly enough. The first thing that stands out about Dave and his team is their honesty. They never try to sell you repairs you don't need or inflate your bill with unnecessary work. They take the time to diagnose the problem correctly, explain what actually needs to be repaired, and only perform the work that's necessary. I took my 2017 GMC Sierra to Dave's after calling around for more than a week to get quotes on a 5.3L engine swap. Dave's quote wasn't the cheapest but I felt great about the transparency and breakdown on the quote. Also his wife, son and any of his mechanics that I interacted with were polite, professional and really friendly. Beyond disappointed we had an appointment scheduled a week out and got a call that they had to cancel and would call us back when they could schedule us, no date, no idea when we could get in. They knew our situation and we have been long time customers with multiple vehicles. This has been horrible and so frustrated how we were treated.. we pay our bills, we gave recommendations but to be treated this way is terrible customer service!
Glad to have found my new automotive repair needs shop.
First time coming to Dave's, will not be my last. Great experience on an oil leak repair with my Dodge Caravan. Customer service went above and beyond expectations and the price was extremely reasonable.
