I ask them to replace the lock on my passenger door. I had the part for them to replace. Craig said it only needed the driver's door parts replaced... that would also fix the passenger door. I said several times that I only wanted the passenger door fixed and when they put the driver's door switches in, it did not fix the passenger door. So I had Jamie's Auto in Mooresville put that part in and the passenger door works great.
