The pest control person showed up 60 minutes late, didn't have a ladder or flashlight and refused to go upto the attic to distribute the bate for the mice. He was here for about 10 -15 minutes and could'nt use existing traps so I had to pay for new traps.
We called Dave’s Quality Pest Control because we thought we might have a bug infestation. Over the phone he gave us lots of really good and helpful information. He also came to do an inspection for us. Fortunately he found none but he took the time to explain what to look for and things to do to protect us from getting them and what to do if we found an issue. I saw that Dave’s dealt with bat control so I called to get an opinion and estimate. Steve came round and was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me exactly where he suspected they were getting into the house. When he came to do the work with Will, they got straight to work, did a deeper examination of the home and pin pointed several areas I didn’t even suspect.
