If I could give them no stars I would. They know what they did and they know all the messed up crap they did and how shady they are/were. Son is just like his father was trying to screw everyone over. He wouldn't even answer me back about trading my home in 10 years later because he knows how messed up it is!! its ok we just built a nice one from ******** *****!!
Dave's Quality homes need to drop the word QUALITY from there name we bought a new home from them and put down a $30000 on a $450000 home and we have had nothing but problems with them first of all we were told by the salesmen Kevin that our home would be delivered and set up in September well that didn't happen they never delivered until November when they delivered the home one tire was completely shredded and two tires were flat ,while setting up the home they destroyed the green foam insulation around the concrete pad in... read more

We did install a home for ***** *********in November 2018. This home was actually sold for $45,000 and not $450,000, this home was a clearance lot model that was set up on display, lot models are sold as is. Everything has been addressed at this home within a timely fashion. Every time we go to this location Mr. ********* is extremely nice to us and very welcoming. If you are considering buying a home from Dave's Quality Homes I would suggest you run. We bought a home from them in 2009 and we had nothing but problems with it from the start We had problems with it that they did not fulfill and come out and fix putting blame on the manufacture and then the manufacturer blaming it back on them. We had to go as far as filing a complaint with the state but come to find out the state didn't do their job which was ongoing for 7 years so our complaint was timely and that's how Dave's Quality H... read more
