Last week I called Dave's Plumbing in Tridelphia, and had a really good experience with them. I called Monday, and the woman that answered the phone.was really nice and helpful. She said they could get someone out next week, but if there was a cancellation they would put me on the list. The next day I got a call from them. There was a cancellation and a technician came out Tuesday. I believe his name was Scott and he did an excellent job. Beware! Attempted to charge $500+ for routine service call, tech broke apart drain cap without authorization and then tried to bill for time to go to Lowes to get parts to fix it. Invoice wasn't itemized just presented with a random amount and no description. Save your time, money and frustration. Call someone else.
Dave’s Plumbing did an outstanding job at the Bench Law Office in Bridgeport, Ohio. They were quick when we requested help with our backed up sewer system and fixed the problem in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them for large sewer blockages and drainage issues as they are outstanding to work with. A+

1 star would be fair after the mess that they left me. Sad part is we had them out before and they did a great job. This time they snaked my drain and the pipe they were in came loose. It was the sewage line. Sewage ended up in my basement office which destroyed some items. When the person doing the job called his boss, his boss was less concerned about the mess and more worried about getting paid. The boss blamed me for how the pipes were.
