Long story short - IF YOU HAVE A HOME WARRANTY AND THIS COMPANY IS PROVIDED, CONTACT THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO SEND ANOTHER BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING. Positives: Pricing is not terrible, Tommy the plumber is very pleasant. Negatives: UPDATE (2025): Wrong Diagnosed. I had a home warranty that would cover anything wrong within the foundation of the house. Positives: Pricing is not terrible, Tommy the plumber is very pleasant. Negatives: Horrible Communication. Do NOT hire this plumbing company for a large job. I’m in the same boat as the other Home Warranty reviews. My situation is near identical, but I don’t blame them for that. I do blame them for their horrible communication however. Their operation works by having an administrator schedule jobs, as well as act as the middleman between the customer and the plumber. Tommy was amazing! Very honest and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone needing plumbing service!
Agree with others. If you see this company pop up on your home warranty service repair call, contact your home warranty company immediately and ask for a different contractor. You will save yourself the hassle of getting a second and more accurate opinion. This company wants you to pay them in their hand that day for 'out of pocket' cost for services/repairs that the warranty company actually repairs under the warranty. Definitely a scam company. I hate it for elderly, or not so savvy people that get scammed by this company ... read more
