Agree with others. If you see this company pop up on your home warranty service repair call, contact your home warranty company immediately and ask for a different contractor. You will save yourself the hassle of getting a second and more accurate opinion. This company wants you to pay them in their hand that day for 'out of pocket' cost for services/repairs that the warranty company actually repairs under the warranty. Definitely a scam company. SCAM!! This company came out through a home warranty. This company knows that home warranty wants pay for certain repairs so they try to get you to pay it out of pocket. Which is double. Please be careful of home warranty independent contractors. Trust your gut. I got a second opinion I just needed a water heater .
Positives: Pricing is not terrible, Tommy the plumber is very pleasant. Negatives: Horrible Communication. Do NOT hire this plumbing company for a large job. I’m in the same boat as the other Home Warranty reviews. My situation is near identical, but I don’t blame them for that. I do blame them for their horrible communication however. I'm not going to spend too much time posting the details. It would read like a lot of these. I was actually not going to post anything but when I read the reviews and how they sound so familiar to the situation that happened to me, I thought I had to do it as an obligation to others.
