When the plumbers arrived to unclog our toilet, they came on time and were very professional. They had clean, new equipment, respected our property, explained their work, and completed the job efficiently. It turned out that we had some type of wipes flushed down a toilet.
Everyone was patient and explained things clearly.
The service from Oscar & his team were great. Very courteous and came out for a leak I had in my water main in the front of my house. Because of the rain, the dirt & lawn were easy for them to dig and get to the source, and they repaired it in about 4 hours. My hesitation to give them 5 stars is the cost. It was $2800 which is on the steep end from what I have seen especially since the digging was easy for them and the repair was pretty straightforward. Our sewer line was clogged. Dave's team came out quickly, and installed a cleanout (which required digging down to the house sewer line) and cleared our clog. It was a complicated job, but they stayed from 5-9:30 to get the issue resolved and cleaned up nicely after their work. I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
