When you looking for a plumber, in my opinion, you need someone with great knowledge, willing to communicate and share his thoughts, organized and arrive on time, and able to provide consistent service (you might cannot get same plumber through a large franchise company). I found Dave's business on Google and contacted him to help in terminating and disconnecting a gas stove as part of a renovation. Dave was timely in his response, very professional, and gave me great advice when it comes to my questions around potentially replacing my shower head that had nothing to do with the original job that I needed help with. Mums hot water service stopped working this morning, I text Dave to see if he could help, he had arranged a new hot water service, had it installed that same day!! I’ve found it super difficult to find ace tradies - someone who is accommodating, dependable & reasonably priced. Dave is all of these. I’ve called upon Dave a number of times now & somehow, he always manages to help me out when I’m in a bind or pickle. I’ll keep using Dave until he retires - he is genuinely amazing & I throw his name around whenever I can. Thanks Dave :)
