I wont use him anymore and have instructed the managing agent of the property to do the same. Found another company with better communication skills and a care factor. It's not hard to return calls, texts etc.
Gave Dave a call based on the google reviews, great bloke, very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and assisted me to trace down the problem that I thought was a leaking tap, saved money and his hourly rate was excellent.
