RecommendedGreat service today from Austin Weiss who tuned our very sad sounding piano. Now it sounds like it should! Austin worked on the piano for 2 hours and explained what was being done as he went along. Price was exactly as quoted when we scheduled just two days ago. A good job done by a very personable young man. Thank you, Austin.
The 2 star is because they deserve at least 2 stars for fast service. I called them due to another service bailing on me at the last mintue. I needed a piano moved within a couple of hours. They pulled through with same-day service by moving the piano to its new home. The reason they don't get the rest of the Stars is when it was time to pay the mover, he demanded all the money we had in an envelope. The envelope contained $50 more than what we owed him.
