I have a tree nut allergy, but I can eat peanuts and have had peanuts very often but there was no warning on the label for tree nuts. Had an allergic reaction to their peanuts after checking the label and assuming there was no risk. I could sue but I’ll be nice about it.

To the Team at Dave’s Old Fashioned Peanuts, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience as a loyal customer and highlight an issue that’s been frustrating recently. I’ve always enjoyed your products, and I often come by to purchase peanuts for both my mom and grandma. However, I’ve encountered some challenges with inconsistent store hours. This man Dave is awesome! As kids we lived next to Dave on Melrose Ave. We always treated him like the creepy man on the street until 1 day when we were playing football in our yard next to his and he came out handed us each a small bag of honey roasted peanuts. I fell in love with peanuts at that moment. Thank you Dave! I don't know if you remember but I'm the kid that lived next to you with his grandma. Thank you for those great memories!

I get their lightly-salted popcorn from The Hills Market downtown, and it's probably the best popcorn I've ever had. It's better than when I make it homemade, and even better than movie theater popcorn.
