Bought a brand new pressure washer pump from them through eBay and it failed within a month. Did not want to know about it. Bought it in good faith for a mate and was totally ripped off. Please avoid these people and dont waste your time and money !! Very rude and unprofessional. 👎👎👎
My damn mower stopped in the middle of Summer, when if I miss a week it takes twice as long to mow. The incredible team at Dave’s had my issue sorted within the half hr and my lawn never missed a beat!!! The person I dealt with was so incredibly generous. Can’t recommend enough, they are trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend!!! 🙏🏻
Purchased a coil and catcher bag for my Honda GXV120 / HR194 lawn mower from the DMC online store. Neither part fitted correctly. The coil was thinner than the original so the existing bolt were too long. The clips for the mower bag were all too long. Called about the problem but they would not discuss the problem and just wanted photos. Not recommended.
Great service, great product, ordered Monday ,arrived Wednesday in regional Queensland, you can't beat that ,,highly recommended.
