Purchased DMC 166 cc self propelled mower approximately 3 years ago, on line. I have had a couple of issues with starter cables and the starter itself. All were replaced without question and treated as under warranty items despite being out of warranty. Without exception the best after sales service I have ever encountered.

I took my toro zero turn in with loose arm worried it was hydraulics problem. They found that I had lost a nut and bolt was loose. They didn't charge me a thing. I tried to pay because surely they spent 10 mins at least on it and a the nut. But they didn't even want $20. That is great customer service. They will continue to get my repairs and services for my gear due to this type of service

Purchased a bag catcher for my GXV120 mower, fitment was unusable and of poor quality, frame dusty and tarnished, likely sitting for a very long time. Fabric bag already fraying on delivery. Return costs exceeded catcher price and they refuse to cover postage expenses. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.
