Dave called me back the same day after I called and left a message. Although he does not work on my model of outboard, he was more than willing to talk with me for over 10 minutes to help troubleshoot my issues. Hard to find this kind of personal service anymore.
I called Dave to make an appointment to have him look at my lower unit. I described the issue to him and he was able to advise that it was a simple fix. Very grateful for his honestly and guidance. Dave you have earned a lifetime customer!
