Being the Minnkota authorized repair facility in the area I took my Talon in for warranty repair. It was bound up inside and less than a year old. (This is the second time it has happened) I could see the cable had jumped off the roller at the top of the unit. When I came to pick it up, they blamed it on the electrical connection I made when the unit plugs into the boat, and charged me $40. I feel this was dishonest and they probably made a warranty claim and charged me too. I would not recommend this facility.
