We rang ahead for a problem with our safety Dave on van. Dave was great and we booked in for a couple of days time. The business was on the way in and Ethan fitted a new connection for us. My good friend, who is 95 years young, had been getting the runaround from other auto electricians in Lincoln for over a month and was treated very poorly. I tried to help him all the way from Melbourne. After reading the reviews, I called Dave he was polite, professional, and had excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when he said, “Tell your friend to bring the car in tomorrow morning” a Friday, completely unheard of! Called in today had car looked at the kind young man very helpful discovered the problem and fixed it within an hour excellent customer service and nice young man was very helpful and nicely spoken thank you for your good service would recommend you to anyone
Dave did us an enormous favour by not only helping diagnose and fix the 4WD switch issue on our 20 year old Pajero but doing most of the work out of hours. We wouldn’t have made it to Perth without his help and effort. Thank you Dave!
