My husband and I consider ourselves to be connoisseurs of prime rib. We have eaten it at every restaurant in the salt lake valley. We were gifted a roast for Christmas and I followed the instructions and used Dave's seasonings. It was by far the best Prime we have ever eaten!! Absolutely delish!!!! If you love steak you must try Dave's!!!
