Mike is an angel on earth! I brought my car in after another mechanic didn’t resolve my main complaint, he replaced my left strut and all the other damages the other shop did without any extra charges. He even took pictures of all the damages and sent them to me so I’d have proof. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to have encountered this shop, especially because the condition of my car before hand wasn’t even considered safe to drive on the road. Mike is awesome. Got two struts/suspension, a ball joint, and an alignment on my VW. He got the car back to me within 3 days and kept me updated daily, sent pictures of the bad parts, and explained in detail exactly what was done, showed me the bad parts in person, and walked through the entire alignment when I came to pick it up. Had the absolute best experience! Mike in the front was so honest, patient and gave a great price!! As a woman, going into these kinds of places I am always skeptical, but I received amazing treatment and my expectations for price, quality of work and customer service were beyond met!!! We will be back!!!
A good place to go if you want to waste time and add some aggravation to your life. Otherwise I guess it’s all good
