I visited a couple of days ago and had a great experience. What made my experience even better is when I returned days later, the cashier Rose helped me recover the receipt I lost from that transaction which was on a company credit card. She was kind, patient, and attentive with helping me receive the receipt.
Our first visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken was fantastic! The food was delicious, but what really made the experience exceptional was the front counter attendant, Rose. Since it was our first time, we had no idea what to order. Rose was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I hate leaving bad reviews. Avoid the drive thru here. You can’t get out of the line once you get to a certain point without driving over a curb. I waited in the line for 30+ mins and didn’t even get to order. I just left when I could actually leave the line. I’ve had the food here before and it’s great but don’t come here if you don’t have time to waste. This was at 4pm on a Sunday, I can’t imagine what it’s like when this place is actually busy.
