I have eaten here many times with my son and have always enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere, which is why tonight’s experience was so disappointing. I placed an order expecting the same quality I’ve received in the past, but my food arrived cold, including the fries and chicken, as if it had been sitting for an extended period of time before being served. Good hot food.
Waited 30 minutes for my food and on the screen it says it was ready and guess what asked the cashier if the order was ready and they did a quick look back and said no. Lo and behold when I got my order everything was cold. So the cashier lied and I had cold food. Good job !
