I had a very disappointing experience at this location. First, the customer service was extremely poor. I ordered a Diet Coke and was given a fountain drink. I politely explained that I wanted a bottled Diet Coke from the refrigerator. The bottled drink was priced at $3.59, but I was charged extra and ended up paying $1.07 more than I should have. Customer service up front is terrible. Went in at 1pm after pulling money out just to eat here. Big guy up front stated they don't break 100 bills. Didn't even look. Just said no.
disappointed with my experience here. While placing our order, my teen daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. We were told she could not use it until after we completed and paid for our purchase because it was ‘manager’s rules.’ As a parent, it was frustrating to be refused access for my child during an urgent situation while actively ordering. Customer service and basic compassion go a long way, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. Left and will not return !
As someone with a super high spice tolerance, I've been on the hunt for something that will actually affect me and the Reaper sure does. I only managed to get through half a slider before pulling out the white flag (mostly because I have plans for the rest of the night and I don't want to be out of commission). The chicken is soft and tastes really good. Highly recommend this to my highly tolerant friends. Edit: spelling correction
