I’m writing this review because my experience at the Fullerton location was disappointing, but more importantly, it adds to a concerning pattern of customer-service issues I’ve experienced with Dave’s Hot Chicken at multiple locations. I came in primarily to purchase a shake and was having difficulty logging into my rewards account. I asked the cashier whether my phone number could be entered so I could access or redeem my rewards. Ordered online. Got the order sent to wrong location. Both location were unhelpful and unapologetic
