I’m really not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was particularly noteworthy, and unfortunately not in a good way. I had just arrived in Binghamton for the first time after a 14-hour drive, and my family wanted to stop somewhere quick and try something new. Amazing service and food, Isaiah helped me pick what spice level to get and we ended up getting medium which was the perfect balance between spicy and edible as we aren’t the most spice capable. Definitely our new to go spot for quick yummy food.

I ordered online for pick up and get there for waiting over 20mins and the front desk says there is out of everything, I used my points to redeem it. And when I ask them he says there is no solution, the guy told me to call the manager, I ask what time should I call and he’s like oh I don’t know. I was there 20 mins standing. they just told me to leave right before they’re closing. Really bad experience. Lost all my rewards points and waited to be treat like this with no food. Really disappointed, will never go back.
