Friendly staff, clean environment, and absolutely delicious food every single time.
Back to back days of bad customer service at Dave’s. Yesterday it took well past the time the order was supposed to be ready for pickup. Today.. I go inside to pickup my order and come to find out the order I placed on their app never went to their screen to make it and they had to make it once they figured that out. And if I didn’t get my refund and waited long it would have been over 30 mins from the original time my food was supposed to be ready. Ordered not chicken and received actual chicken. Didn't realize until I took a bite. Tried to call restaurant and repeatedly was hung up on. Seems like something you would definitely check to not be a mix up. Will never order again.
So far this is the best hot chicken place in the area. Service. Even having been short staffed, they did a really good job getting the food out. It went maybe 15 min over eta, which is not bad. Food. Very good, moist meaty pieces. Chunky crunchy crispy coat. The heat was spot on. You can choose different levels of heat on each piece of chicken which I found unheard of.
