Terrible service at this location. When I walked in the line was only to order at the kiosks (which were very slow/hard to use) and no one ordering at the counter even though there were two employees standing there talking to each other. The girl in front of me got frustrated using the kiosk so she went to the counter and said "Can I please just order here?" Came to Dave’s hot chicken very first time and our cashier Shanice was so nice. Food was really good and fast.
As usual i am always pleased. There is always room for improvement though.
Food was amazing, but the environment was off because one of the workers were looking at the customers, it felt like he wanted us to leave.
