Very disappointing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. Their posted closing time is 11:00 PM, but my husband arrived before 11:00 PM and was told they would not take his order because they “close at 10:45.” If you stop accepting orders at 10:45 PM, then that should be clearly posted as the closing time. Customers should be able to rely on the hours a business advertises, especially when they make the effort to arrive before closing. We were really disappointed with the customer service and the way this was handled.
