Heat pump installed today.. Completely happy and thankful for the skill and expetise shown by Kirk and Joe the installers... Explained everything clearly and were completely thorough on replacing my old unit.. Very professional and patient.. Also want to thank Dave for the estimate and explanations and his kind wife for her help and efficiency.. Top notch experience above and beyond my expections.. 5 star experience.. Start to finish a great experience. Dave did our estimate and explained the entire process to us. We walked the house inside and out and were shown options and recommendations for our installation. Checking with neighbors and friends, we found out that they had very good experience with Dave's and highly recommended them. Prior to receiving the final bid, I requested a change to what we had initially discussed on the number of indoor room units. An excellent company with great people! We got a few bids on a heat pump install and chose Dave's not just because they had the best price, but because of the open, honest communication right from the start. The installers, Chris and Ryan, were excellent! Efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up everything afterwards. No wonder Dave's is the best on the peninsula!
Absolutely awesome service! Really responsive, they came out quickly when my heatpump stopped working. Todd had it back up and running in less than an hour! Thank you!
We had tried a few other companies in the area and we were not impressed. Someone recommended Dave's to us and we have been blown away by their service. Timely, professional, and reasonably priced. All services met or exceeded our expectations. Front desk is very nice as well. Dave's will be our go to for HVAC stuff going forward.
