Thank goodness there is a new owner. Alain does care about his customers. PS. do not purchase an Enviro fireplace. That is the type that the previous owner sold.....nothing but problems.
My real estate agent suggested Dave's heating to me when I purchased my home approx 2 years ago. I had a gas fireplace installed at that time. It has been nothing but problems. Initially, it took many service calls because the pilot light kept going out. Finally, one service person adjusted the draft properly and it worked for the rest of the season. Once again, the pilot continues to go out. I have called their office 2 days a row with no response. I give up on Dave's heating. I would not suggest anyone use this company. Up... read more
Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous review. This company has been sold and the new owners have really dropped the ball. Our furnace quit in the dead of winter. They made 3 trips to our house over 2 days and within a few hours of leaving, it quit again each time. Then they stopped returning calls, leaving us hanging without heat. Absolutely inexcusable. Especially in the winter. We had to call around and get another company to fix us up. That's the last time we will ever deal with Dave's again.
My parents just got Dave’s heating to install a Payne propane furnace in their house 3 months ago and has had nothing but problems leaving them frozen! They have called several times and always have to wait days before someone comes out, they have had technicians come out 4 times already and still nothing has been done to fix the issue. They have tried to replace some parts n troubleshoot which is understandable but when the problem is reoccurring they make little effort to even call back or address the issue.
