Called in and talked to Judy on the phone to see if she could cut glass and put it in the rear of my sleeper of my Peterbilt semi. She told me to stop by so they can check it out and they were able to get the job done. Very good service from the team and affordable.
I see there are several good reviews, but our experience was terrible. Communication was terrible. We send emails that don't get responded to. They literally told us one minute. They couldn't help us when they looked at a window job that was pretty simple and then called a few days later and said they were embarrassed that someone called us and told us that, but then they turned around didn't bother to follow up with us. Called in the morning for a broken door window. They walked me through the process, had the new glass ready 30 minutes later, and gave all the spackle and pins we needed to install at no charge! While I’m not hoping I need to repair another door/window, knowing Dave’s is there will make it so much less stressful. Thank you! 10/10
