I went into Dave's today after seeing a Facebook post about a couch and loveseat that I really liked. After going in the store, I saw that the couch was about $1000 more than the price advertised on FB. The employee helping me was quite rude and made me show him the post on FB. After bringing up the post, he proceeded to tell me that 'it's wrong' and showed me the 'cheap couches.' He never apologized or said that the FB post would be changed. He just walked away. Just bought myself a ♛ Bedroom set for a great deal on Saturday... Thank you Jonathan and the other staff members for being so attentive to my needs... I really can't say enough good things about the sales staff. They are friendly, helpful and compassionate people. No pressure to buy anything. I will forever remember sitting on a sofa in their showroom talking to a sales clerk named Gaye and we cried together as we both discussed the recent passing of her father and my father. I feel as if I made a friend for life. I wasn't just another "sale," to her. I will always buy my furniture from Dave's.
I just purchased two mattress from Dave's. They are super friendly and helpful. Financing was quick and easy. The process was smoother than expected, I left super pleased with my purchase.
We Loved coming here for our couch! Well built, reasonably priced, and doesn’t hurt that it reclines! Will be back!
