I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I had scheduled this appointment and given my information two days before. The guy at the desk said okay, I'll give you a call when it's done. Three hours late I go back due to receiving no phone call. Same guy says it's done. He charges me for the oil change and, i would later find, windshield wiper fluid I did not ask for.
