If I cant order online, on the app, or on the phone what is the point of even eating here when mr hero is cheaper/faster and right across the street. Biggest reason I would order here is because I could order otw into my closing shift and pick up on my way to work. What's the point of being open when you dont take to go orders.

Older lady with the short gray hair helped get specific things I liked on original sandwich. Even got samples. Sub hit the spot.

We ordered Door Dash from the Berea location & our order came missing a sandwich (bag was stapled so it was not taken by the driver). I called the store immediately during normal business hours & got an answering machine; I left my name, issue, and return call back number. No one ever returned my call to address the issue. Will likely never order here again unless I feel like throwing $15-20 away on a sandwich I won’t receive.

Ordered yesterday and our sandwiches weren’t toasted, the crunchy bread is my favorite part. Very skimpy on the ingredients the sandwiches were pretty empty. Barely any lettuce and was like one 1/4 of a tomato on the whole thing. Friend said every time he orders from this location it’s like that. Love the Lakewood and Ohio city locations.
