Horrible! What happened to this place? If you decide to go here, bring your own lunch to eat while you wait for the one employee to make your sandwich. I hadn’t been in this store for about 6 months. Stopped in on a Saturday at 1pm. There were 6 people ahead of me waiting on their food. There was 1 employee doing everything. I waited 35 minutes for my sub. Not the same Dave's Cosmic Subs. They use a different bread now, altered the Dave's Sauce recipe, no longer give a pickle spear and put on very little toppings. Price was also $2 more than their menu stated. Employee said "oh, they must have just never changed it." Didn't offer to price correct to whats being advertised. Its a shame.
How professional you guys are. I just placed an online order and the store is close. Online time it clearly states it closes at 8pm. I need to be contacted for a full refund. My contact information is in the order that was never fulfilled and in the message I left at the store’s phone number. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Took real long and it was mid. Hire more people. Also kinda pricy
