How professional you guys are. I just placed an online order and the store is close. Online time it clearly states it closes at 8pm. I need to be contacted for a full refund. My contact information is in the order that was never fulfilled and in the message I left at the store’s phone number. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.

ATTN NEW OWNER. What did you do? You changed the bread! The bread is what made the sandwich. What was a delicious, tasty, baked Italian bread that’s crunchy on the outside, has now been replaced by a weird tasting, oversized, dense hoagie bun that is not toasted. Crystal the general manager is absolutely awful. Had the store closed yesterday with no signs that it would be closed then today try to call and make an order and she was rude on the phone hung up on me multiple times do not go to this location. I would highly recommend anywhere else but here. Will reach out to corporate because I’m pretty sure she’s the reason why no one wants to work there.
