Placed a $66 mobile order, got there 15 minutes later to pick it up. The open sign was on, a guy qas sitting at the counter in his phone, the door was locked. He would not give me my order, he told me to get a refund from customer service. No clue how to do that. So what? Im out $66?! Never go to this location.
Ordered food online and when I went to pick it up they were closed. Went in the next day and politely told the worker what happened and all he did was stare at me and ask if I had a different order to pick up. I asked if I could get the food made from the night before or a refund and I was told I would have to contact the company they use for online orders. I placed the online order through their website.
