We were traveling from Michigan to Camp at Johnson’s Shut-Ins State Park when our transmission blew literally right outside his shop. It was passed hours, so we left our jeep outside of his shop. Friends camping in the park picked us up. In the morning, we called Dave. He understood our dilemma, and even though he had other work, he knew we were many hours and miles away from home.
