Can't thank Prem enough! I just moved to (West) Oakland. Barely two weeks in, my catalytic converter was stolen, along with the oxygen sensors. (I drive a 2010 Prius. I was naive to think that nobody would care for it. I only had street parking.) Prem was kind enough to charge me better than a fair price since he understood that the cost of moving can be high! PERM greeted me with a professional hand shake and then proceeded to inspect the breaks on my toyota camary. He was professional and gave me a very reasonable price quote for OEM original Equipment Manufactured parts. I definitely recommend PERM to supply your auto service needs. He is friendly, professional, and treats his customers with dignity and respect.
