Female customer here - best experience I’ve ever had at the mechanic’s. My car overheated on the Oakland bridge. There was a lot of coordination calling bw AAA and the auto shop, and Prem was amazing. He offered to stay late, always called me back within a minute, and communicated clearly. Once he had the car, he identified the issue quickly and gave me what seemed like a very fair quote. I had my car back within a day. Prem is such a caring hard working person, I was in a stressful car situation with a leaking cv axle when I was suppose to drive across the county. He ordered the part immediately and came in early to work on my car. When it was a bit more complicated then I anticipated he didn’t charge any extra.
